The villa, with its own entrance and private parking facilities, is on different levels, three reserved for guests only. Our Villa is in ideal location to reach, with daily excursions, by car, bus, hydrofoil and train all the tourist sights that are nearby like: Naples, Pompei and Ercolano, Positano, the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida. THE MANDARIN TREE ROOM it is called this because a mandarin tree touches the railings of the terrace. It’s furnished with a king size bed, night tables, a hand made table and closet in walnut wood. On the ceiling there is a glasswork chandelier. The lamps are in silver and the curtains are made of pure linen. The bathroom furnished with shower is rimmed with pearl grey hand made tiles. Also included is air conditioning, mini bar, telephone and 20 inch TV and Internet connection. THE LEMON TREE ROOM lemon trees surround this room’s balcony; it’s accessible from the garden by walking up a few steps and it’s possible to pick fresh lemons just by stretching your arms. The room is very spacious and it is decorated with ash tree furniture. The very large king size bed has a comfortable headboard in removable fabric, ideal for relaxing readings. The bathroom with white and aquamarine tiles is finished with decorative hand made tiles. The sink surface is made of green Brazilian marble; the bathroom is complete with bath and shower. Also include is air conditioning, mini bar, telephone, 20 inch TV and Internet connection. THE WALNUT TREE ROOM in our garden we could not lack a walnut tree, the typical plant of the Sorrentine peninsula. It stretches its branches in the direction of this room’s terrace that is situated on the upper floor. It is a two bedroom that can be also adapted to fit a king size bed. The furniture is made of ash tree wood while the curtains and the bedspreads are green. The bathroom has a sink surface of black granite marble and the tiles are outlined by decorative hand made tiles, also green. The shower is fitted with Jacuzzi. Also included is air conditioning, mini bar, 20-inch TV and Internet connection. THE OLIVE TREE ROOM if there is a strong wind blowing in autumn, a carpet of olives covers the floor of this room’s terrace because an impressive olive tree bends towards the sunlight in its direction. The king size bed, the chest of drawers, shelves, desk and the closet, that furnish the room are made of ash tree wood. The tapestry of the room is coordinated with the curtains. The colours of the bathroom are pink and aquamarine. The surface of the sink is in Portuguese pink marble. Bath and shower complete it. Also included is air conditioning, mini bar, telephone, 20-inch TV and Internet connection. THE ORANGE TREE SUITE: during springtime, the scent of the orange tree flowers permeates the room since the trees that produce this fruit surround it. Our suite possesses a bed made in wrought iron of the 17th century with brass decorations. The hand forged brass angels, at the headboard of the bed, are reproduced with the embroideries on the linen curtains. The small tables near the bed are also in wrought iron and have marble accents. There are two long and narrow windows flanking the bed that illuminate the room as well as double windows opening up to a lovely view of the orange tree grove. Hanging on the wall behind the bed is an icon hand engraved in gold foil. There is a built-in wardrobe and two antique chairs with table complete the room. The chest of drawers and the desk are of the 17th century as well. The bathroom has a double sink on a black granite surface and a large mirror with diffused lightning. The bath is surrounded with two elegant steps and the shower is very spacious. Also included is air conditioning, mini bar, telephone, 20-inch TV and Internet connection. THE ROOMS The large rooms are airy, full of lights and beautifully tiled. They are situated on two floors, which are only reserved to clients. The rooms are double but it is possible, on request, the addition of a third or a fourth bed as well. Two of the rooms have king-size beds, two night tables with lamps, a chest of drawers, desk, two chairs, sofa and large closet. The fabrics and details were chosen with care to create a beautiful ambience. Every room has a spacious bathroom tiled with marble and hand-made tiles and come equipped with bath and shower. The rooms also have a terrace with a small table, chairs and beach umbrella. Villa panoramica, completamente immersa nei profumi e nei colori degli agrumeti, a pochi minuti dal centro di Sorrento. La casa, dotata di ingresso indipendente e parcheggio privato, è articolata su quattro livelli; tre di questi sono riservati ai soli clienti, allo scopo di combinare massima disponibilità e dovuta privacy. La famiglia è a vostra completa disposizione per garantirvi qualsiasi informazione sulle mete turistiche più vicine; la casa è sita in una posizione comoda per raggiungere, con escursioni giornaliere, in aliscafo, in macchina o in treno importanti località come: il centro di Napoli, Pompei ed Ercolano, Positano, le isole di Capri, Ischia e Procida. CAMERA DEL MANDARINO: è chiamata così perché un albero di mandarini sfiora con i suoi rami la ringhiera del terrazzino. E’ arredata con letto matrimoniale, comodini, tavolino e armadio in legno di noce massello lavorato artigianalmente. Il lampadario è un bricolage di cristalli. I lumi sono d’argento e la tenda è in puro lino. Il bagno fornito di doccia è orlato di greche di colore grigio perla. Aria condizionata, Frigo-bar, telefono, televisore 20 pollici, connessione ad internet. CAMERA DEL LIMONE: le piante fanno da cornice al terrazzino di questa stanza; si accede al giardino superando un paio di gradini e basta allungare le mani per cogliere profumatissimi limoni. La camera è molto ampia ed è arredata con mobili di frassino. Il maxi-letto matrimoniale ha una comoda testata di stoffa pieghevole ideale per rilassanti letture. Il bagno con mattonelle verde acqua è rifinito con greche lavorate a mano. Il piano del lavandino è in marmo verde del Brasile. E’ completo di vasca e doccia. Aria condizionata, Frigo-bar, telefono, tv-color 20 pollici, connessione ad internet. CAMERA DEL NOCE: Non poteva mancare il noce nel nostro giardino, tipica pianta della Penisola Sorrentina. Essa tende i suoi grandi rami in direzione del terrazzino di questa stanza che si trova al secondo piano. E’ una camera doppia che all’occorrenza può diventare matrimoniale. I mobili sono in legno frassino, le tende ed i copriletto sono di colore verde. Il bagno ha il piano del lavandino in marmo di granito nero e le mattonelle sono contornate da greche vietresi lavorate a mano, anch’esse di colore verde. La doccia è dotata di idromassaggio. Aria condizionata, frigo-bar, televisore 20 pollici, connessione ad internet. CAMERA DELL'OLIVO: Se il vento soffia forte in autunno, un tappeto di olive riveste il pavimento del terrazzino di questa camera poiché un imponente albero d’olivo s’inchina verso la luce del sole nella sua direzione. Il letto matrimoniale, la cassettiera, le mensole, la scrivania e l’armadio che arredano la camera, sono in frassino. La tappezzeria della stanza della testata del letto, è coordinata con le tende. I colori del bagno sono in rosa e verde acqua. Il piano di marmo del lavandino è in marmo rosa del Portogallo. Vasca e doccia lo completano. Aria condizionata, frigo-bar, telefono, televisore 20 pollici, connessione ad internet. SUITE DELL’ARANCIO In primavera, il profumo dei fiori d’arancio inebria l’interno della camera. La nostra suite custodisce un letto di ferro battuto del ‘700, con decorazioni in ottone. Gli angeli di ottone modellati a mano, presenti sulla testata del letto, sono riproposti con il ricamo sul lino delle tende. I tavolini accostati al letto, sono anch’essi in ferro battuto ed hanno un ripiano in marmo. Una nota speciale meritano le due finestre che, simili a feritoie, aprono alla luce la parete dove poggia la testata del letto. Sulla stessa, è appesa un icona incisa a mano su sfoglia d’oro zecchino. La cassettiera e la scrivania sono della stessa epoca storica del letto. Il grande armadio a muro è dotato di 8 ante. Il bagno è servito da doppio lavandino su di un piano di granito nero contornato da un’ampia specchiera con punti luce diffusi. Alla vasca si accede grazie a 2 eleganti scalini e la cabina doccia è molto ampia. Aria condizionata, frigo-bar, telefono, televisore 20 pollici, connessione ad internet. LE CAMERE Le camere ampie e luminose, pavimentate in cotto, sono poste su due livelli riservati ai soli clienti. Si tratta di stanze doppie ma, su richiesta, è possibile l’aggiunta di un terzo o un quarto letto. Fanno parte dell’arredamento: un letto matrimoniale, due comodini, una cassettiera, un ampio armadio, una scrivania, sedie e poltrone. La tappezzeria è curata nei minimi dettagli. I bagni, che sono in ogni camera, sono spaziosi e rifiniti con marmi e greche lavorate a mano; sono dotati di vasca e cabina doccia. Tutte le stanze hanno un terrazzino che è attrezzato con tavolino, sedie ed ombrellone. Die Villa mit ihrem eigenen Eingang und ihren privaten Parkmöglichkeiten hat verschiedene Ebenen, von denen drei nur für Gäste bestimmt sind, damit die maximale Privatsphäre gewährleistet werden kann. DAS MANDARINENBAUMZIMMER Diesen Namen hat es, weil die Terrasse von den Ästen eines Mandarinenbaumes umgeben ist. Es ist mit einem großen Doppelbett, Nachttischen, einem handgemachten Tisch und einer Kommode aus Walnussholz möbliert. An der Zimmerdecke befindet sich ein gläserner Kronleuchter. Die Lampen sind aus Silber und die Gardinen sind aus reinen Leinen. Das Badezimmer enthält eine Dusche, die mit grauen, handgemachten Fliesen umrahmt ist. Ebenso enthalten: Klimaanlage, Minibar, Telefon, Internetanschluss und Fernseher. DAS ZITRONENBAUMZIMMERDer Balkon des Zimmers ist von Zitronenbäumen umgeben; es ist über einige Stufen vom Garten aus zu erreichen und es ist möglich frische Zitronen zu "ernten", indem Sie ihre Arme einfach ausstrecken. Das Zimmer ist sehr großzügig und es ist mit Möbeln aus Eschenholz ausgestattet. Das sehr große Doppelbett hat eine bequeme, verstellbare Kopflehne - ideal um entspannt zu lesen. Das Badezimmer - mit weißen und aquamarinfarbenen Fliesen- ist durch einige handgemachte Fliesen vollendet. Die Oberfläche des Waschbeckens ist aus grünem brasilianischen Marmor; ebenfalls ist das Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche ausgestattet. Ebenso enthalten: Klimaanlage, Minibar, Telefon, Internetanschluss und Fernseher. DAS WALNUSSBAUMZIMMER In unserem Garten darf natürlich nicht ein Walnussbaum fehlen, die typische PfIanze der sorrentiner Halbinsel. Er streckt seine Zweige direkt in Richtung des Balkons des Zimmers, das im Obergeschoss liegt. Es ist ein Doppelzimmer, das ebenso auf Wunsch mit einem besonders großen Bett ausgestattet werden kann. Die Möbel sind aus Eschenholz, während die Gardinen und die Tagesdecke grün sind. Das Badezimmer hat ein aus schwarzem Granitmarmor gemachtes Waschbecken und die Fliesen sind mit handgemachten Fliesen - ebenfalls grün - wunderbar umrissen. Es ist mit einer Jacuzzi-Dusche ausgestattet. Ebenso enthalten: Klimaanlage, Minibar, Telefon, Internetanschluss und Fernseher. DAS OLIVENBAUMZIMMER Wenn im Herbst ein starker Wind bläst, ist die ganze Terrasse des Zimmers von einer Menge Oliven bedeckt, weil sich ein beeindruckender Olivenbaum in Richtung der Sonne neigt. Das große Doppelbett, die Kommode, die Regale, der Tisch und der Wandschrank, mit denen das Zimmer möbliert ist, sind aus Eschenholz. Die Farben im Badezimmer sind rosa und aquamarin. Die Oberfläche des Waschbeckens ist aus portugiesischem rosa Marmor. Die Badewanne und die Dusche machen alles noch komplett. Ebenso enthalten: Klimaanlage, Minibar, Telefon, Internetanschluss und Fernseher. DAS ORANGENBAUMZIMMER Während der Frühlingszeit ist das Zimmer, da es von Orangenbäumen umgeben ist, vom Duft der Orangen erfüllt. Unsere Suite besitzt ein aus dem 17. Jhd. stammendes, schmiedeeisernes Bett mit Messingverzierungen. Die von Hand geschmiedeten Messingengel im Kopfgestell des Bettes sind in den Gardinen als Ausschmückung wiederaufgenommen. Die kleinen Tische neben dem Bett sind ebenfalls aus Messing mit Verzierungen aus Marmor. Die zwei Fenster auf beiden Seiten des Kopfendes erhellen wie zwei Schlitze das Zimmer und verdienen somit spezielle Erwähnung. An der selben Wand hängt eine Ikone, per Hand eingemeißelt, deren Hintergrund aus erstklassigem Gold besteht. Die Kommode und der Tisch stammen ebenfalls aus dem 17. Jhd.. Der Kleiderschrank ist eingebaut. Das Badezimmer hat ein Doppelwaschbecken, dessen Oberfläche aus schwarzem Granit ist, und einen großen Spiegel mit großzügiger Beleuchtung. Die Badewanne ist von zwei Stufen umgeben und die Jacuzzi-Dusche ist sehr geräumig. Ebenso enthalten: Klimaanlage, Minibar, Telefon, Internetanschluss und Fernseher. DIE RÄUME Die hohen und lichtdurchfluteten Räume sind auf zwei Stockwerke, die nur für Gäste bestimmt sind, verteilt. Es sind Doppelzimmer, aber auf Wunsch ist es auch möglich ein drittes oder viertes Bett zuzustellen. Die Inneneinrichtung besteht aus: Einem großen Doppelbett, zwei Nachttischen, einer Kommode, einem großen Wandschrank, einem Tisch, Stühlen und Liegen. Die Badezimmer, die zu jedem Raum gehören, sind geräumig und bestehen aus Marmor und handgemachten Fliesen; alle Badezimmer sind mit einer Badewanne und einer Dusche ausgestattet. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon mit einem kleinen Tisch, Stühlen und einem Sonnenschutz. | ||
