The hotel is in one of the most emblematic residential areas in the city, -Avenida Manuel Siurot and between the streets of Cardenal Ilundain and Juan Lara Nieto. Renovated in 1998, the hotel has 94 rooms, some of which are junior and presidential suites. There is a wide TV choice in the rooms as well as two telephones and computer and fax connection. Very close to Plaza de Espa±a and Parque de MarÝa Luisa, it is also near the historical centre of the city. It is a hotel which combines turn of the century architecture with an up-to-date avant-garde elegance.
