This apartment is not only in one of the most celebrated tourist areas of the world, but only a few in fact very few of those who have had the pleasure of a holiday here, have also had the privilege of staying in an apartment only ten metres from the sea, and what's more having it's own small private beach with palm-trees, sun bed and umbrella. The private path leading to the apartment protected by a locked gate has a wonderful panorama, being only ten metres from the sea. It also has a terrace with an overhead canopy of wisteria and is equipped with sun bed, deckchair and umbrella. In conclusion may we add that the apartment is equipped with air conditioning. The most renowned restaurants in Positano, boutiques, shops and the "night life" are a few steps away. Typology A private path with locked gate leads to the apartment and to the beach. The apartment comprises: lounge/dining room with bed settee (2 single beds), double bedroom with extra single bed, terrace overlooking the sea with sun bed, chairs and beach umbrella, charmingly shaded by wisteria, equipped kitchen with small terrace, bathroom with bath and shower. Sleeps 3; with bed settee 5. Services included in the price Electricity, water, gas, air conditioning/heating, weekly cleaning and change if linen, fridge, oven, colour TV, washing machine, and private beach with sun bed and beach umbrella. Posizione Una vacanza da sogno!!! I tre punti esclamativi non segnalano soltanto che questo appartamento si trova in una delle più celebri località turistiche del mondo, ma che tra coloro che hanno già avuto il piacere di soggiornarvi pochi, anzi pochissimi, hanno avuto anche il privilegio di disporre di un alloggio che dista non più di dieci metri dal mare e per di più con un fazzoletto privato di spiaggia con tanto di palma, sdraio ed ombrellone. Privato è pure il viale protetto da cancello che conduce all'appartamento che essendo distante dieci metri dal mare è ovviamente panoramico e persino dotato di una terrazza con sdraio, sedie ed ombrelloni ed ombreggiata da una profumata pianta di glicine. Per concludere aggiungiamo che dispone di aria condizionata. I ristoranti più famosi di Positano, le boutique, i negozi e l'animata vita notturna sono a due passi. Tipologia Un viale privato chiuso da cancello conduce all'appartamento ed alla spiaggia. L'appartamento è composto da: soggiorno/pranzo con divano letto (2 posti singoli), una camera da letto matrimoniale con lettino aggiunto, terrazza sul mare con sdraio, sedie ed ombrellone ed impreziosita da una pianta di glicine, una cucina attrezzata con terrazzino, bagno con vasca e doccia. Posti letto 3; con divano letto 5.
