It was built by a man called "Tío Ciñao" and his wife "La Castora", by digging a vertical plane in the hill, more than 100 years ago. The wooden door has a small window like in the tradtional moorish houses . Indoor temperature is the same all over the year (18 centigrades) that’s why the air conditioning in not necesary. The cave has 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds (105 cm wide) and the third bedroom with two single beds (90 cm wide). Living-dining room with a fireplace. Kitchen (fridge, washing-machine). Bathroom(shower / washbasin / WC). The cave has a terrace from which you can have a nice view on the village. MAXIMUM CAPACITY: 6 PERSONS. Casa-cueva en Orce recientemete restaurada. El proceso contructivo, realizado hace más de 100 años por el "Tío Ciñao" y su mujer "La Castora", consistió en la perforación de un plano vertical del cerro, del cual surgía la placeta a la que funcionalmente complementa, orientada al Este; seguidamente se excavaron las distintas dependencias. Los materiales empleados en su construcción fueron primarios, pues todo dependía de la dureza del terreno del cerro. El encalado interior de la cueva constituye un revetimiento higiénico y evita los pequeños desprendimientos de tierra. A la cueva se accede a través de una puerta de madera, a veces dividida en dos partes (la superior sirve de ventana), de tradicón morisca. La temperatura en el interior de las cuevas es constante durante todo el año (18 grados centílde) por lo que no es necesaria climatización. Casa-cueva con patio exterior. Dispone de 3 dormitorios, uno concama de matrimonio, otro con 2 camas individuales de 105 cm y un tercero con dos camas individuales de 90 cm. Salón-comedor con chimenea. Tiene una Cocina amueblada (frigorífico, lavadora). Baño (ducha/lavabo/WC). La cueva tiene un terraza de la que se pueden disfrutar bonitas vista del pueblo CAPACIDAD MÁXIMA: 6 PERSONAS. | ||
