A fabulous park extending over 60.000 sq.m., fenced in and equipped with sports facilities and a variety of amenities for fun and relax, enables children and adults alike to spend the entire day in absolute privacy and tranquillity. As far as conventions and conferences are concerned, Borgo San Luigi offers large rooms seating 50 to 200 persons. The rooms are equipped with a language laboratory and overhead projectors, a slide projector, and a screen with VCR and television. Thanks to the location and quality of the amenities available, attendees need to leave the conference venue, since they will find all the relaxation and entertainment they could wish for right where they are. Extremely comfortable apartments, each different from the other, all of them well-appointed and provided with kitchenette, telephone, radio, TV and heating, are arranged on one or two floors and allow our guests to choose the design that suits them best from among the following types: Studio A) for 2 persons, Studio B) for 2-4 persons, Studio C) for 2-5 persons. The flats may be rented by the week (Saturday to Saturday), for the weekend, or even for one day. Such flexibility makes the San Luigi Residence extremely adaptable to all types of request, including hotel accomodation requirements. La struttura Þ composta da cinque caseggiati originali d'epoca: la Villa, la Foresteria, la Fattoria, il Frantoio ed il Fienile e da due caseggiati di recente costruzione che si armonizzano con le strutture d'epoca. L'ambiente favorevole fa si che i congressisti non debbano allontanarsi dalle sale avendo a disposizione ogni mezzo di svago e divertimento. Le 27 camere d'albergo ed i 43 mono e bilocali, completi di angolo cottura ed attrezzatura per il safe-catering, sono tutti arredati con ottimo gusto e dotato di aria condizionata indipendente, telefono diretto, TV sat. E frigobar, e sono predisposti, su richiesta, per collegamenti Internet. Ad eccezione della Villa, tutte le camere e gli appartamenti godono di terrazza (al primo piano) o giardino (al piano terra).Appartamenti molto confortevoli, ognuno diverso dall'altro, bene arredati e attrezzati con cucinotto, telefono, radio, TV e riscaldamento, modulati su uno o due piani permettono di scegliere, tra i seguenti, quello che pi¨ si attaglia alle esigenze di ognuno: Studio A) per due persone, Studio B) per due-quattro persone, Studio C) per due-cinque persone.
