The Hotel opens in April and closes at the end of October. The Hotel is only 30 meter from the 'Acquasanta', the most important SPA for liver therapy, and close to the heart of the town and shopping areas. Just about any direction you go there are amazing sites to see and exciting cites to explore, such as Florence or Rome, which are only about an hour away. We provide our guests with simple, but very clean accommodations. The hotel can accommodate up to four people in a room with several different bed configurations. Some of our rooms have a small balcony/terrace from which you have a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. The Hotel, which has been newly renovated, has 47 rooms on four floors, all with private bathrooms, a shower or bath, color TV's, direct-dial-telephone, and central heating. We have a elevator to provide access to all four floors so people with disabilities will have no problem at all. The Hotel Villa Maria has a beautiful lounge to sit and have a drink, read the paper, or meet family or friends before making a daily excursion. We also have a library room, card room, a restaurant, and bar. For those of you who have arrived by car, there is plenty of parking in our private lot. Do to our understanding that so many travelers enjoy bringing their pets along, we do allow small size pets in our rooms. We have a safety box at the reception area which is available to all of our guests. All major credit cards are accepted. We speak French, English, and Italian and hopefully you will allow us to provide suggestions of activities in the area. The Villa Maria is personally run by the owners and special attention is given to the cuisine, which is typical of this region. A wide range of hand-made pasta dishes are accompanied by a large selection of the best local and national wines. Below are the the features of our hotel.
